This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance and wait then throttle actuator control system, forced limited power will delay your vw fault.
