16505 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16505 Possible Causes:
16505 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 16505 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 14, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
