16504 Description And Summary :
Staring in engine glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground . So for next drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code.
