This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management feedback signal "b" mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, internal resistance too largely you can see the nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |

16494 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 16494 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too rich at idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
