16491 Possible Causes:
16491 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16491 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle plate control 2, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
