Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more bank 2, system too lean off idle or o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
16481 Possible Causes:
16481 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16481 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
