16466 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high and control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
16466 Possible Causes:
16466 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 16466 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
