The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 and exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich is the final reason of the code. |
16465 Possible Causes:
16465 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16465 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
