The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption and charge pressure fan relay (j712), open is the final reason of the code.
