Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel pump, electronics faulty and crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
16440 Possible Causes:
16440 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
