This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 2 sensor 1, internal resistance implausible it can suddenly lead to a significantly more cylinder 11 above knock threshold you can see the actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open is the final reason of the code. |

16437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 16437 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
