When you open reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor camshaft position signal output, circuit low or change charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
16437 Possible Causes:
16437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16437 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
