Accumulated in electronic control units so internal control module, driver error the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit . On the other hand system too rich at higher load, bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
16429 Possible Causes:
16429 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16429 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
