16428 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low and wait then o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
16428 Possible Causes:

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 16428 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst, efficiency below threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
