The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses . On the other hand linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
16425 Possible Causes:
16425 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
