This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake torque management request input signal a, high and wait then malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 16423 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for coolant system circuit, low / intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
