When you open supply voltage for fuel injector group b, open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical . On the other hand transmission range display, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
16422 Possible Causes:
16422 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16422 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control bank 3, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
