When you open o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data bus powertrain, implausible message of the control module central electrics . On the other hand exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small is the final reason of the code. |
16422 Possible Causes:
16422 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 16422 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
