This something to do with the intake camshaft timing system too rich at higher load, bank 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too largely or air leak between maf and throttle body will delay your vw fault. |
16415 Possible Causes:
16415 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16415 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
