The problem is about fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open and wait then wheel speed signal 4, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
16403 Possible Causes:
16403 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16403 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
