16401 Description And Summary : |

When you open nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ or valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
16401 Possible Causes:
16401 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16401 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
