This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel pump, short circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit . On the other hand engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

16397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
