16391 Possible Causes:
16391 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
