Diagnosing engine bar with ignition switch accessory position, circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of adr control module or change control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
16386 Possible Causes:
16386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16386 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
