Diameter in engine engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance or change direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
16383 Possible Causes:
16383 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 16383 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
