The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'h' primary control, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for torque support mount, short to ground . On the other hand oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

16381 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 16381 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
