This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 12 above knock threshold mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, no message from transmission controller (tcu) and wait then secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
16370 Possible Causes:
16370 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16370 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
