This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles torque management feedback signal "b" also o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault. |
16363 Possible Causes:
16363 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16363 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
