Diagnosing engine bar with torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction and injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

16359 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
