When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open or minimum throttle position, not learned will delay your vw fault. |
16355 Possible Causes:
16355 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16355 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
