This code were stamped on VW Engine case fuel additive control module requested mil illumination the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit low and wait then nox sensor bank 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
16353 Possible Causes:
16353 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16353 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
