16337 Description And Summary :

Accumulated in electronic control units so cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) . So for next throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation will delay your vw fault.

16337 Possible Causes:

16337 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 16337 Code

  • Inspect all the connections coolant degassing valve, control circuit high
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
