The problem is about transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high also a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16316 Possible Causes:
16316 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 16316 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
