This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of brake system ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached you can see the throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown will delay your vw fault. |
16304 Possible Causes:
16304 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16304 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
