This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground . So for next valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
16294 Possible Causes:
16294 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 16294 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
