Diagnosing engine bar with linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16294 Possible Causes:
16294 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16294 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
