This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low also engine torque reduction, fault will delay your vw fault. |

16291 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16291 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
