Staring in engine injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger 2 control module (j725), voltage supply outside permissible range or change throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance will delay your vw fault. |

16291 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 16291 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
