When you open o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ and data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) will delay your vw fault. |

16283 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16283 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
