The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine torque reduction, open / short to ground you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible is the final reason of the code. |

16276 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16276 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 no activity
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
