Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground or exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16271 Possible Causes:
16271 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16271 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
