Staring in engine turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), electrical causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3, probe 2 no activity you can see the secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

16261 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 16261 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
