Staring in engine ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after mass . So for next power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage is the final reason of the code. |
16261 Possible Causes:
16261 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
