Staring in engine hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle closed position, performance and intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16260 Possible Causes:
16260 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16260 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
