This code were stamped on VW Engine case combustion detection during deceleration it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus and wait then mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low is the final reason of the code. |

16254 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
