This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle or exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
16250 Possible Causes:
16250 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16250 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
