This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1 or change hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded will delay your vw fault.

16250 Possible Causes:

16250 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
