Diameter in engine exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ also fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
16249 Possible Causes:
16249 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16249 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, internal resistance too large
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
