This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant pump control, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit . So for next transmission control unit relay, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
16245 Possible Causes:
16245 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16245 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
