Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground and throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller is the final reason of the code. |

16239 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 16239 Code
- Inspect all the connections brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
