Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance . On the other hand reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16226 Possible Causes:
16226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
