When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority or powertrain data bus, missing message from instrument cluster will delay your vw fault. |
16219 Possible Causes:
16219 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16219 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine torque reduction, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
