16214 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high and ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
16214 Possible Causes:
16214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 16214 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
