16212 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor bank 2, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g301) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation also o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
16212 Possible Causes:
16212 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 16212 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
