16211 Possible Causes:
16211 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit
