This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high or exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
16208 Possible Causes:
16208 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16208 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
